THE SHANE WARD BAND
NOW PLAYING THE SHANE WARD BAND Sat. night 7PM
An exceptional guitarist and vocalist, Shane Ward has toured the world with Louisiana Blues man B. B. Major supplying the rhythm guitar for two of Majors discs and honing a unique blues approach. His southern rock and blues influences shine through on his debut release as his guitar roars on every track in the style of Duane Allman, Roy Buchannan, and Toy Caldwell.
His bluesy ballad writing can be heard on tunes like I Still Love You and Stow Away Blues.
On the title track, he displays his knack for a funky groove, while Louisiana Ladies supplies a driving beat and Baby Eyes of Blue shows his ability to write in a contemporary style.
